People to People: The Human Side of Change Collection: Tools
Children, teachers, and administrators are being asked to think and work in different ways as they under go change. There is not a school today that does not have at least one major initiative for school improvement. Such initiatives have both a technical and a human side. Both must be addressed if the initiative is to be as successful as possible. This collection of resources will focus upon the technical and human sides of implementation. This is a dynamic, comprehensive collection of materials and resources to assist in your understanding of People to People: The Human Side of Implementation.
